Please read our cancellation rules carefully before booking to avoid any misunderstandings.
1. Cancellation 2 Days Before the Journey
If you cancel your booking more than 2 days (48+ hours) prior to the scheduled journey start time:
- A 50% deduction of the rental amount will be applied if 100% advance payment was made.
- The remaining 50% will be refunded to your original payment source or provided as credit.
2. Cancellation Within 48 Hours
No Refund Policy
If a booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled journey start time, no refund will be issued. The entire amount paid (advances or full payments) will be forfeited.
3. Partial Payment Bookings
For bookings where only a partial advance was paid, if the cancellation falls within the 48-hour window or after the booking starts, the advance amount will not be refunded or adjusted.
4. Ongoing or Partial Cancellations
Once the journey has started, there is no refund for any cancellation of ongoing bookings or partial cancellations (e.g., returning the car earlier than scheduled).
Note: Refunds, where applicable, may take 5-7 working days to process depending on your bank.
