Please read these terms carefully before booking. By using our service, you agree to comply with all the policies outlined below.
Booking Duration & KM Limit
Usage and rental period rules
- Booking starts from the reserved time, and each day is counted as 24 hours.
- 300 km per day average is included in the rental.
- Additional charges apply per kilometre beyond the limit, based on the car's per-day rate.
Grace Period: A 1-hour grace period is provided considering traffic or unforeseen circumstances. After the grace period, an entire day's charge will be applied.
Before Your Trip
Mandatory documentation before starting
- Take photos and videos of the car from your mobile before starting your journey as proof of existing scratches, dents, or damage.
- Capture a speedometer and fuel-level photo and send it to the operator.
Fuel & Return Policy
Fuel levels and vehicle return guidelines
- The same fuel level must be maintained as handed over to you. If it is less, you will be charged accordingly.
- A picture of the fuel meter must be taken and sent to the operator.
- The return location is the same as the pickup/handover location unless otherwise agreed.
Damage & Liability
Tyres, scratches, major damage responsibility
- We are not responsible for punctures, flat tyres, or tyre damage. Any damage caused by tyre failure will be solely borne by you.
- If any damage, scratches, or dents happen while the car is in your possession, the entire repair cost will be borne by you.
- In case of major damage, the payable amount will be determined mutually, considering insurance.
Garage Delay: 50% of the daily rent will be charged for the period the car remains in the garage/service centre for repair.
FASTag & Speed Fines
Toll and speed regulations
- FASTag recharge must be done by you using GPay, Paytm, PhonePe, net banking, etc. Extra recharge will not be reimbursed.
- Take a photo of the existing FASTag balance and send to the executive.
Maximum speed limit: 100 km/hr. Exceeding attracts a fine of ₹500 per attempt.
RTO camera fines of ₹2,000 or applicable charges are the customer's responsibility.
Extension & Cancellation
Extending days and cancellation rules
- Inform us in advance and make payment immediately after confirmation.
- Extension is subject to availability; otherwise, the car must be returned as scheduled.
- Failure to return may result in a fine of ₹5,000 or more.
- ₹500/day fine for delayed payment on extended days.
- If cancelled 2+ days prior: 50% rent deduction (if 100% advance was paid).
- Cancellation within 48 hours of the journey: No refund.
- No refund for cancellation of ongoing or partial bookings.
Cleaning Charges & Security Deposit
Vehicle cleanliness and deposit refund process
- Security deposit is held after trip completion. Refund is initiated after checking for any RTO fines.
- If any RTO fine appears, it will be deducted and the remaining amount refunded.
Restrictions & Not Allowed
Strictly prohibited activities
- Cars are provided for personal use only. Sub-renting is strictly prohibited. If found, no refund will be given and the car will be taken back immediately.
- Carrying animals or pets is not allowed.
- Carrying any unauthorized goods or materials is prohibited.
- If any illegal activity is found, the person who booked the car and all passengers will be solely responsible for legal action.
Final Acceptance
Accept the car only after reading and understanding all the above terms and conditions. By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and agree to all policies stated above.
